Royal Decree

Re: Prohibition of use of MRNA technology [safety, security, and sovereignty] in the Kingdom of Canada]

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief, National Indigenous Chief, Head of Government, Head of State, President and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately and dated today September 23, 2023 and retroactively January 1, 2015 prohibiting and banning the use of, manufacturing of, development of, selling of, buying of, transporting of, possessions of MRNA technology in ALL its forms in ALL industries in the Kingdom of Canada.

Violation of this Royal Decree will result in charges of treason and domestic terrorism which carries the death penalty in the Kingdom of Canada.

And so it is.
