I, Queen Romana Didulo of Canada hereby Decree lawful the use of “I Owe You Note(s)” in Canada.
I Owe You Notes can be used for the following:
1) Housing (Rent/Mortgage) 2) Food & Water for men, women, children and Animals 3) Home -Electricity 4) Home -Hydro 5) Basic Home Cable 6) Basic Home Phone 7) Basic Cell Phone 8) Basic Home Internet 9) Gas for heating Homes & for operating vehicles 10) Medicine not covered by Pharmacare 11) Basic Dental Care, Extraction, and maintenance of Dentures 12) Public Transportation.
*Note – I Owe You Notes must be presented in person with ID and contact details.
IF no ID is available another man/woman of age of majority with ID may vouch for the Individual presenting the I Owe You Notes.
These “I owe you notes = Promissory Notes” will be payable by, “The Kingdom of Canada (a.k.a – Canada 2.0)”
This Royal Decree is effective August 31, 2021.
Violation of this Royal Decree is punishable by minimum 30 years imprisonment and or financial penalty of no less than Ten (10) billion dollars payable in cash – money backed by gold (only).
