I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo, Commander-in-Chief, Head of State and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree.

Notice:

Refugees and illegal migrants are prohibited [not authorized] from working in the Kingdom of Canada.

ZERO temporary work permit. This Royal Decree is effective immediately, September 3, 2023.

And so it is.
