There is ZERO funding for 15-minute cities and smart cities across the Kingdom of Canada.

Smart City's and 15-minute Cities are unauthorized in the Kingdom of Canada.

This Royal Decree is effective today August 21, 2023 and retroactively January 22, 2017.

And so it is.
