Re: Home Schooling Funding Years 2023 to 2026 - Funding and Home School Parent Income

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree, effective immediately dated today July 1, 2023.

To whom it may concern,

You are hereby instructed to perform the following:

Phrase I

July 1st to August 15th, 2023

1] Hire Temporary Canadian Nationals [only based in the Kingdom of Canada] Data keyboarding Team [1000 people] immediately to enter data of Parents withdrawing their Children from Public School and into Home Schooling.

2] Hire Temporary Canadian Nationals [only based in the Kingdom of Canada] Data keyboarding Team [1000 people] immediately to enter data of Parents and Children with Special Care Children requiring funding to stay home [funding for equipment, tools, mobility, etc]

3] Hire Temporary Canadian Nationals [only based in the Kingdom of Canada] Data keyboarding Team [1000 people] immediately to enter data of Children homeschooling requiring funding for computer, printer, etc. [one basic computer] [500.00 computer cost maximum] per child and one printer per household, 200.00 maximum printer cost].

Phase II

Funding disbursement – July 1, 2023 to July 1, 2026

1] Home School Funding per child to be disbursed weekly directly to the Account of the Mother/Father responsible for homeschooling the child/children.

1-a) Ages one day [1] to 7 years old = 7, 000.00 per year divided by 12 months = 583.33/monthly

1-b) Ages 7 years old to 14 years old= 14, 000.00 per year divided by 12 months = 1,166.66/monthly

1-c) Ages 14 years old to 19 years old= 19, 000.00 per year divided by 12 months/= 1,583.33/monthly

Special Note: Authorized to fund the following expenses below.

a] Cost to customize bed, bathroom, vehicle, any mobility equipment, mobility tools for the special care child including labour cost [maximum upfront cost is fifteen thousand,15,000.00].

b] Money is to be paid directly to the specialized equipment / material store / store customizing the equipment for the child.

c] Community Buildings [previously known as – Community Centres/TownHalls] – to bring in specialists educators ie. Carpenter, Farmer, Fisher, Herbalist, Food preserver, Electrician, Musician, Mechanics, Software Coder, etc, etc., to teach Child/Children based on the Child/children interests.

D] Caregiver Funding for Relief Care for Special Care Child. This is for a Child who requires 24/7 care. This funding is to give relief to the parent[s] caring full time for their Child.

d-1] Total budget amount is two thousand eight hundred [2800.00]

d-2] 8 hrs x 25.00 plus 150.00 [overnight care] x 8 days = 2800/monthly.

4] Release Funding for tools, materials/ supplies/ home repair /mobility expenses to parents with CONFIRMED and VERIFIED special care child – cross check records with other Departments/Ministries/Divisions

5] Monthly Salary for Schooling Parent/s income = 5,000.00 / monthly. This is per household. Release this funding weekly. 5,000 divided by 4 weeks.

6] Release funding to Parents - Home Schooling weekly.

This Royal Decree further supports HRM Queen Romana Didulo's decree pertaining to Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana's Housing initiatives in the Kingdom of Canada {Homelessness is unlawful in the Kingdom of Canada}.

Notice: All public School buildings K-12 are to be converted into public housing.

Special instructions:

The Human Rights of all Canadian Nationals come first and foremost within the Kingdom of Canada.

Canadian Nationals have first right of refusal to all Housing, Foods, Services, Amenities, and all privileges thereof as being Canadian Nationals.

This Royal Decree further supports HRM Queen Romana Didulo's decree pertaining to Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana's Housing initiatives in the Kingdom of Canada {Homelessness is unlawful in the Kingdom of Canada}.
