Re: Residential Rental Owners Rental Expenses Subsidy

Small Business Category - Housing in the Kingdom of Canada

I AM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue today May 21, 2023 this Royal Decree authorizing the following:

1) The Bureau [Department] of National Housing Office is hereby instructed to release DIRECTLY, immediately, to small business owners, business account in rental housing business a five percent (5%) rental expenses subsidy based on the total amount of rental revenue collected in the previous calendar year.

1) The total budget for this is Five (5) billion [5,000,000,000/00] backed by gold and silver

2) Additional prohibition - Purchase Prohibition of multiple residential attached units/apartment buildings/condominiums by Foreign Nationals and Foreign Corporations retroactive January 1, 2015.

3) The Rental Units must be in good condition and well maintained and at least 95% occupied.

4) No further requirements from the Rental Owners.

5) This rental expenses subsidy is for all Canadian Domiciled Small Businesses [specific to rental housing only]

This Royal Decree is effective immediately dated today May 21, 2023.

And so it is.
