I AM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue today May 21, 2023 this Royal Decree authorizing the following:

1) The Bureau [Department] of National Housing Office is hereby instructed to enforce immediate rent increase moratorium on all residential housing. Such increase is to be limited to one percent (1%) only across the Kingdom of Canada. This moratorium applies to those property owners who have issued rent increases to their tenants or plan on increasing rent. The maximum increase cannot be more one percent of the total rent amount.

2) Additional prohibition - Purchase Prohibition of multiple residential attached units/apartment buildings/condominiums by Foreign Nationals and Foreign Corporations retroactive January 1, 2015.

3) This Residential Rent increase Moratorium is to remain in effect until lifted by HRM Queen Romana Didulo. Nothing further.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately dated today May 21, 2023.

And so it is.
