Re: 15 billions backed by gold and silver - Emergency/ Immediate Financial Assistance to:

1} Canadian Nationals

2} Immigrants

3] Permanent Residents [PR Holders]

This financial assistance is to be released immediately and sent directly to all Bank Accounts of low and middle income individuals and families as well as issued in person [by Bureau of Social Housing, Bureau of Family, Bureau of Health] to:

1) Canadian Nationals/Citizens,

2) Immigrants Status, and

3) Permanent Residents.

For: Food, Housing, Medicine, Electricity, Generator purchase to power their home, propane to cook food, oil to heat their home, telephone bill.

I AM Queen Romana Didulo, Queen and Commander -in - Chief, Head of Government, Head of State, President and National Indigenous Chief, of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree effective immediately and dated today May 17, 2023 retroactive January 1, 2023.

*All Courts using Maritime Laws in the Kingdom of Canada have been nullified.*

And so it is.
