Royal Decree - Declaration of State of Emergency - the province of Alberta, Kingdom of Canada and Request for assistance to use technologies to put out fires in the Province of Alberta and Province of British Columbia

International Notice:

To the attention of:

1] Kingdom of Canada Military, in Service and Reservists, Special Forces, First Responders, Search, Rescue, and Recovery Division,

2] Global Allied Forces, and Special Forces,

3] The Government of Russia,

4] The Government of the Republic of China,

5] The Governments of North Korea and South Korea,

6] The Government of Saudi Arabia and the GCC Nations,

7] The Whitehat Government of the United States of America

Re: Declaration of State of Emergency in the Province of Alberta and Requesting immediate assistance to put out uncontrolled Fires in the Province of Alberta and British Columbia.

Special Notice to:

A) The Kingdom of Canada’s Armed Forces and Navy Special Forces, Special Forces, US Special Forces, Allied Special Forces

B) The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

C) Ministry of Finance = Bureau of Finance

D) National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

E) Bureau of Housing

F) Bureau of Social Services

G) NORAD

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this State of Emergency/State of Calamity in the Province of Alberta [affected Cities -Fires].

This Royal Decree effectively activates all FIRST Responders in Service, and Reservists personnel and is to be deployed immediately to all affected areas in the Province of Alberta and British Columbia.

In addition, I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada order the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada and the Provincial Treasury of the Province of Alberta to immediately release Five [5] billion dollars [backed by gold and silver] financial resources to help DIRECTLY the We The People of Alberta, and One [1} billion dollars to help DIRECTLY the We The People of British Columbia to build their damaged homes, lost homes, and to pay for immediate temporary shelter, food, clothing, and medicine for their families, animals, livestock.

Urgent and Important:

1) Ensure all evacuation centres have abundant supply of beds, food, clean spring water, clothing, personal hygiene products, children's food, animal food, and medicine.

2) Ensure ALL firefighting aircrafts from all above listed Countries are given Airspace Clearance to enter the Kingdom of Canada to assist in putting out the fires.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactive May 3, 2023

And so it is.
