Royal Decree -Flooding in the Province of Quebec

~ In the Kingdom of Canada ~

1) The Kingdom of Canada’s Armed Forces and Navy Special Forces, Special Forces, US Special Forces, Allied Special Forces

2) The We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

3) Ministry of Finance = Bureau of Finance

4) National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada

5) Bureau of Housing

6) Bureau of Social Services

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this State of Emergency/State of Calamity in the Province of Quebec [affected Cities -flooding].

This Royal Decree effectively activates all FIRST Responders in Service, Reservists personnel and to be deployed immediately to all affected areas in the Province of Quebec.

In addition, I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada order the National Treasury of the Kingdom of Canada and the Provincial Treasury of the Province of Quebec to immediately release two [2] billion dollars [back by gold and silver] financial

resources to help the We The People of Quebec build their damaged homes, lost homes, and to pay for immediate temporary shelter, food, clothing, and medicine for their families, animals, livestock.

Special Note: Also, ensure all evacuation centres have abundant supply of beds, food, clothing, personal hygiene products, children food, animal food, and medicine.

And so it is.
