I AM Queen Romana Didulo of, the Kingdom of Canada, hereby issue this Royal Decree effective today April 18, 2023 authorizing the following:

1) Closure of ALL Ministries, Departments, Divisions of Child Protection Services across the Kingdom of Canada on or before June 30, 2023

2) ALL baby boy, baby girl, and all under age children in the care and protection of ALL Ministries, Departments, Divisions of Child Protection Services are to be:

a) Returned to their birth parents,

b) Birth grandparents, and or

c) Birth relatives [bloodlines - sister, brother, cousins, uncles, aunties, grandparents, etc]

d) All funding monies previously allocated to the Ministry/Department/Division for Children protection Agencies, effective June 30, 2023 are to be given directly to the caring parent, grandparent, or relatives of the said baby boy or baby girl.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
