Re: I AM Cured Program for Drug Addicts/ Addiction [illicit and or prescribed, adrenochrome, internet, pornography, sex, video games, alcohol, social media] with eight billion six hundred million dollars [$8.6 billion] budget for years 2023 - to 2027 – urgent and important.

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree dated today February 11, 2023 pertaining to I AM cured Program~One Stop Assistance for Drug Addicts [illicit and prescription].

facilities and programs [one stop shop concept and model] must first be put in place prior to moving drug addicts off the streets and into the I AM cure program.

Furthermore, I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo of the Kingdom of Canada hereby authorize the Kingdom of Canada National Treasury to immediate release the said funds in order for respective provinces and territories to implement in earnest the plans and programs in this Royal Decree.

Step: [1]

a) For [10 Provinces] – Each Province allocate 100, 000 Housing Units [single occupancy room] for drug addicts

b) For [3 Territories], Each Territory allocate 10, 000 housing units for drug addicts

-Housing inventory -

I) Convert old buildings,

II) Renovate empty commercial/industrial buildings, build new buildings.

Develop a Support System for Families of drug addicts for example

a) Counselling for spouse/partner

b) Under age children of drug addicts to receive financial support while parent[s] is/are in I AM cured program.

Step [3]

Build Community Support Centres where Families and Friends can come to visit their loved ones in the I AM cured program

Step: [4]

Wellness Centre/Rehab Treatment

a) Strict protocol must be in place

b) Focused on curing the addiction - I AM cured program.

Step [5]

Create Community Programs - focused on job creations where I AM cured program graduates will be able to apply for work and work in their local communities.

Step [6]

Provide Structured Training / disciplined living /structured guidance

-Trades programs,

-planting food,

-taking care of animals

Step [7]

Final phase before graduation – each one must go through:

a) Education- Focused on prevention,

b) Education: Focused on the effects, harm, and cost of drug addiction

c) Deterrence: Focused on HRM Queen Romana’s Royal Decrees

Step [8]

Moving drug addicts off the Streets - into housing, and into I AM cured Program

Step [9]

AFTER, completion of I AM cure program - graduates work in their local Communities helping Seniors/Animals/Humanitarian work/businesses

Step [10] Follow Up Program is key

a) Check in every day,

b) Every week,

Every month....

Budget: Dollars allocation per province and territory

1] British Columbia – One billion dollars

2] Alberta – One billion dollars

3] Saskatchewan – 500 million dollars

4] Manitoba – 500 million dollars

5] Ontario – One billion five hundred million dollars

6] Quebec – One billion five hundred million dollars

7] Newfoundland and Labrador – 500 million dollars

8] Nova Scotia – 500 million dollars

9] New Brunswick – 500 million dollars

10] Prince Edward Island – 500 million dollars

11] Yukon – 200 million dollars

12] NWT – 200 million dollars

13] Nunavut – 200 million dollars

Budget: Percentage spending allocations

1) Housing = 25% of total budget

2) Direct Financial/Professional Support for immediate Family = 20% of total budget

3) Wellness Centres/Rehab Centres/ Treatment Programs = 20% of total budget

4) Community Support Centres including operation and maintenance = 10% of total budget

5) Job Creation = 10% of total budget

 6) Training = Training/apprenticeship = 7.5% of total budget

7) Education and Follow Up = 7.5% of total budget

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.
