Royal Decree - Hard Illicit Drugs

~In the Kingdom of Canada~

To the Attention of:

1) We The People of the Kingdom of Canada

2) Department of Trade and Industry of the Kingdom of Canada

3) Department of Treasury Department/Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Canada

4) Department of National Defense (DND) of the Kingdom of Canada

5) Department of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Canada

6) Immigration and Citizenship of the Kingdom of Canada

7) Department of Health

Re: Prohibition of Sale, Purchase, Distribution, Transport, manufacturing and possession of hard illicit drugs in the Kingdom of Canada.

In keeping with protecting the National Well being, Safety, Security, and Sovereignty of the Kingdom of Canada, I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, effective immediately retroactive January 1, 2001 criminalizing the following:

A] Distribution,

B] Possession,

C] Transport,

D] Manufacturing,

E] Purchase, and

F] Sale of hard illicit drugs in the Kingdom of Canada.

Violation of this Royal Decree will result in charges under Natural Law and not limited to:

a] Crimes against humanity,

b] Domestic terrorism,

c] Genocide, and

d] Treason, against the We The People of the Kingdom of Canada, which will result in automatic death penalty when found guilty of the said charges.
