Royal Decree - Prohibitions, Restrictions / Limitations on Foreign Students in the Kingdom of Canada

ii) Bureau/Ministry/Department of Security, Safety and Sovereignty

Re: Prohibitions, Restrictions / Limitations on Foreign Students in the Kingdom of Canada

1] Foreign Students are restricted from enrolling and studying in, Science, Engineering, Aerospace, Technology, Security and Defense, Auto Industry, Computer programming and Coding, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil, Gas, Farming and Fishing.

2] Foreign Students population in the Kingdom of Canada's Schools must NOT exceed, zero, point zero one percent [ 0.01% of 100%] of one hundred percent total school population at any given school year. This restrictions applies to any and all levels of Schools [pre-school, kindergarten, k-12, post secondary, Masters and PhD levels].

Notice: This prohibition and restrictions applies also to Schools offering online classes.

Exception to the enrollment limitations: Language Schools exclusively offering online classes/remote classes only.

AM HRM Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree dated today December 26, 2022. This Royal Decree takes effect on January 1, 2023.

And so it is.
