Royal Decree - In the Kingdom of Canada

Re: Housing Projects in year 2023 to be accomplished on or before December 31, 2023.

I AM HRM Queen Romana Didulo Commander-in-Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree dated today December 17, 2022.

This Royal Decree is pursuant to, “The Kingdom of Canada’s Homeless ZERO policy.”

I, hereby, authorize and direct every Province and Territory “Treasury” within the Kingdom of Canada and all concerns to begin with immediate effect to implement our “Homeless ZERO policy” in the Kingdom using the following methods:

A) Convert all office buildings vacated by politicians/bureaucrats

B) Convert Old and vacant Schools/School board buildings

C) Convert Old and vacant Churches

D) Convert Old and vacant Commercial buildings

E) Convert Old and vacant Hospitals

F) Convert Old and vacant Restaurants

G) Convert Old and vacant Community Centres

H) Convert Old and vacant Fire Halls

I) Convert Old and vacant Police/RCMP buildings

J) Convert Old and vacant Research buildings

K) Convert Old and vacant Industrial building

L) Convert Old and vacant Airports

M) Convert Old and vacant Train Stations

N) Purchase of existing commercial apartment buildings

Below, are the number of housing units per Province/Territory to be made available and move-in ready on or before December 31, 2023

1) British Columbia = One million Five hundred thousand Units

2) Alberta = One million Five hundred thousand Units

3) Manitoba = 600 hundred thousand Units

4) Saskatchewan = 500 hundred thousand Units

5) Ontario = Three Million Five hundred Units

6) Quebec = Two Million Five hundred Units

7) New Brunswick = 700 thousand Units

8) Nova Scotia = 600 thousand Units

9) Newfoundland and Labrador =500 thousand Units

10) PEI = 500 hundred thousand Units

11) Yukon = 500 hundred thousand Units

12) Northwest Territory = 500 hundred thousand Units

13) Nunavut = 500 hundred thousand Units

This Royal Decree is effective immediately.

And so it is.
