Date: July 25, 2025
Subject: Reclamation of All Public Utilities Under The Custodianship of Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First Queen and Commander -in Chief of The Kingdom of Canada, Living Crown, Custodian of Earth and Humanity.

 By Divine Right and Natural Law Authority, It Is Hereby Declared:
That effective immediately, all public utilities across the territories and dominions of The Kingdom of Canada and The World are hereby reclaimed under the direct Royal Custodianship of Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First, in service of all free, living, sovereign beings.
This Royal Decree terminates all fraudulent corporate claims, privatizations, and foreign encroachments upon that which belongs collectively to The People.

 ARTICLE I: Scope of Royal Custodianship
The following essential infrastructures and services are now under full Royal Stewardship:
    1. Hydro-Electric Power Generation and Transmission
    2. Water Supply and Purification Systems
    3. Sewage and Wastewater Management
    4. Natural Gas and Heating Infrastructure
    5. Telecommunications Networks (Internet, Phone, Broadcast)
    6. Public Transportation Systems (Rail, Transit, Airports)
    7. Postal and Parcel Delivery Systems
    8. Emergency Services Infrastructure (911, Fire, Medical Dispatch)
    9. Public Health and Sanitation Utilities
    10. Waste and Recycling Operations

 ARTICLE II: Termination of Corporate and Foreign Control
    1. All privatized contracts, foreign ownership agreements, and corporate franchises involving public utilities are hereby nullified and dissolved.
    2. No foreign government, private corporation, central bank, or trust shall possess, manage, or profit from any public utility within the Kingdom.
    3. All corporate entities found to have exploited or neglected these systems shall be held liable under Natural Law Justice.

 ARTICLE III: Natural Law Principles in Management
    1. All public utilities shall be operated in honor, transparency, ecological harmony, and with the free sovereign being as the highest beneficiary.
    2. Access to water, energy, communication, and sanitation is declared a sacred right, not a privilege.
    3. No living being shall be denied access to essential utilities for reasons of inability to pay under the fraudulent monetary system.
    4. Utilities will be locally administered under Royal Councils of Natural Law, guided by wisdom, ethics, and truth.

 ARTICLE IV: Transition and Enforcement
    1. All existing public utility workers, engineers, and administrators are invited to retain their roles under the Crown, provided they pledge service to the People and Natural Law, not corporations or unlawful governments.
    2. Military and Peace Officers loyal to the Crown are hereby authorized to peacefully reclaim and secure utility infrastructure from corporate occupiers or saboteurs.
    3. All technology, patents, infrastructure, and documentation associated with public utilities shall be audited and restored to public domain.

 FINAL PROCLAMATION
Let the world bear witness:
From this day forward, all essential life systems once stolen and commodified are now restored to the Kingdom, the People, and the Living Crown. There shall be no more extortion, disconnection, or surveillance of sovereign beings through infrastructure created by and for the people.
The Living Crown now stands in full Custodianship—not to dominate, but to protect, preserve, and empower the sacred connection between the Earth’s abundance and Her rightful stewards.
