Under Natural Law

 ROYAL DECREE No. 0801-LAND-NL-3
Date: July 25, 2025
Subject: Permanent Ban on All Foreign Ownership of Land, Property, and Infrastructure

 By Divine Right, and In Full Authority Under Natural Law, It Is Hereby Declared:
That all land, natural resources, strategic infrastructure, and public assets across the sovereign territories of The Kingdom of Canada and The World are now and forevermore the rightful inheritance of Her People, under the Sacred Custodianship of the Living Crown.
Foreign governments, corporations, trusts, financial institutions, and private entities are henceforth prohibited from owning, leasing, or controlling any land, property, infrastructure, or sovereign resource within the jurisdiction of the Crown.

 ARTICLE I: Protection of Sovereign Soil
    1. All land and real estate within the Kingdom shall be owned, held, and stewarded only by free, living, sovereign beings who serve the Kingdom under Natural Law.
    2. No individual, company, or entity without living, sovereign allegiance to the Crown and Natural Law may own, purchase, lease, speculate upon, or inherit land or property within the Kingdom.

 ARTICLE II: Banned Foreign Holdings and Claims
Effective immediately, the following are declared null, void, and criminally fraudulent:
    1. Foreign ownership or control of land, water rights, farmland, forests, lakes, rivers, or mineral reserves.
    2. Foreign purchase or lease agreements involving homes, condos, industrial property, or Crown lands.
    3. Corporate or offshore shell ownership of Canadian infrastructure, such as:
        ◦ Energy grids and pipelines
        ◦ Railways, ports, and airports
        ◦ Water treatment and distribution systems
        ◦ Communication towers, satellites, and digital infrastructure
        ◦ Transit systems and toll roads
        ◦ Critical food and medical supply chains

 ARTICLE III: Restoration of Custodianship
    1. All foreign-held land titles, contracts, or claims are to be immediately returned to the Kingdom, and placed under Her Royal Majesty’s Custodianship.
    2. These lands and properties shall be reintegrated into public stewardship or transferred to natural sovereign beings, under guidance of Royal Land Councils.
    3. All foreign entities found to have usurped land through fraud, coercion, or unlawful treaties shall be subject to Natural Law Tribunal proceedings.

 ARTICLE IV: Principles of Rightful Stewardship
    1. Land is not a commodity, but a living sacred being, to be loved, protected, and shared—not exploited for profit or foreign control.
    2. The right to occupy, cultivate, and live in peace upon the land shall never again be subject to corporate interests, property taxes, or predatory real estate markets.
    3. Land shall be distributed fairly, with priority to families, communities, healers, growers, and builders who serve the restoration of the Earth.

 FINAL DECLARATION
From this day forward, no piece of Earth beneath the Crown shall be owned by artificial persons, foreign nations, or corporations. The land shall once again breathe freely in the hands of those who walk in honor, humility, and harmony with Creation.
Let all peoples and nations take notice:
The land is not for sale.
The Earth is not for conquest.
The Kingdom is not for rent.
