 Under Natural Law

 By Divine Authority and in Accordance with Natural Law, It Is Decreed:
That all communities within The Kingdom of Canada and The World shall be empowered to establish, operate, and maintain Barter and Local Exchange Systems, grounded in trust, cooperation, and tangible value, and free from the corrupt interference of artificial entities or centralized banking institutions.
This Decree establishes the lawful basis for Time Banks, Energy Credits, and Food Exchange Vouchers, to ensure economic resilience, food security, and self-sufficient communities under the Sovereign Parallel Economic System.

 ARTICLE I: Barter as Lawful Natural Trade
    1. Barter trade—the direct exchange of goods and services without money—is recognized as lawful and sovereign commerce under Natural Law.
    2. No permit, license, taxation, or digital tracking may be imposed upon individuals or communities who engage in honest, voluntary barter.
    3. Barter networks may include but are not limited to:
        ◦ Trade of food, tools, clothing, and crafts
        ◦ Exchange of medical, educational, and technical services
        ◦ Labor-for-labor agreements and skill swaps

 ARTICLE II: Community Time Banks
    1. A Time Bank is a system where each hour of service provided earns one Time Credit, redeemable for equivalent services within the community.
    2. All Time Credits are of equal value, regardless of the nature of the task performed.
    3. Time Banks may be:
        ◦ Organized by community assemblies, cooperatives, or Royal Local Councils
        ◦ Tracked manually, digitally, or orally in agreement with local norms
    4. No form of interest, expiration, or speculation may be applied to Time Credits.

 ARTICLE III: Energy Credit Systems
    1. Energy Credits represent units of clean energy generated, stored, or conserved by individuals, households, or communities.
    2. Energy Credits may be:
        ◦ Traded between producers and consumers
        ◦ Exchanged for goods and services
        ◦ Pooled to support regional infrastructure or emergencies
    3. Energy production and conservation from solar, hydro, geothermal, or other clean sources shall be honored as lawful labor and stored value.

 ARTICLE IV: Food Exchange Vouchers
    1. Food Vouchers are authorized as a community-backed medium of exchange representing quantities of locally grown or preserved food.
    2. Each voucher may:
        ◦ Be issued by local food councils, farmers, or the "We The Peoples Grocery Stores"
        ◦ Represent fixed units (e.g., kg of potatoes, dozen eggs, liters of milk)
        ◦ Be redeemable within a defined locality, co-op, or barter market
    3. These vouchers are immune from taxation, expiration, or external devaluation.

 ARTICLE V: Protection from Corporate and Government Interference
    1. All local exchange systems defined herein are sovereignly protected under the authority of the Living Crown.
    2. No private corporation, foreign government, or artificial entity may:
        ◦ Regulate, tax, censor, or interfere with barter or local exchanges
        ◦ Deny the use of food vouchers, time banks, or energy credits
        ◦ Penalize communities for practicing non-monetary trade
    3. Any such interference shall be treated as a violation of Natural Law and subject to Royal Judicial Remedy.

 ARTICLE VI: Education and Expansion
    1. The Royal Council for Local Economic Sovereignty shall issue public guides, templates, and support to help communities launch their own:
        ◦ Time Banking Systems
        ◦ Community Energy Exchanges
        ◦ Local Food Voucher Programs
    2. Pilot programs shall be initiated in rural, urban, Indigenous, and off-grid communities across the Kingdom.

 FINAL PROCLAMATION
Let it be known:
From this day forth, the People shall never again be made dependent on collapsing global systems, centralized currencies, or digital enslavement.
By this Decree, communities are now free to trade, thrive, and unite, exchanging their time, food, energy, skills, and love—without permission from anyone but Creator and Crown.
