Subject: Establishment of Royal Crown Farms and Forests as Living Stewardship Zones Under Natural Law

 By Divine Mandate and Natural Law Authority, It Is Decreed:
That all designated Crown Lands, including fertile farmlands, forests, wetlands, pastures, and ancestral terrains across the Kingdom of Canada and The World, are hereby reclaimed and re-established as Royal Stewardship Zones under the Living Custodianship of Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First.
These zones, known henceforth as Crown Farms and Forests, shall serve as regenerative sanctuaries for non-GMO food cultivation, clean water harvesting, community nourishment, and spiritual, ecological healing—free from corporate exploitation or artificial interference.

 ARTICLE I: Declaration of Sovereign Crown Stewardship Zones
    1. All designated Crown Farms and Forests are hereby placed under the direct protection, authority, and guidance of the Living Crown.
    2. These zones are immune from privatization, taxation, zoning restrictions, or external development.
    3. They are to be managed according to Natural Law, ancestral wisdom, and community cooperation, not corporate policy or artificial legislation.

 ARTICLE II: Non-GMO Regenerative Food Sovereignty
    1. Only heirloom, organic, non-GMO seeds and permaculture-based growing systems may be used within Crown Farms.
    2. Synthetic fertilizers, toxic pesticides, seed patents, or any corporate-controlled agricultural input is permanently prohibited.
    3. Each Crown Farm must be:
        ◦ Self-sustaining and free from dependence on global supply chains
        ◦ Community-accessible for planting, harvesting, and seed exchange
        ◦ Dedicated to restoring soil health, seed sovereignty, and food dignity

 ARTICLE III: Sacred Clean Water Harvesting and Replenishment
    1. All rainwater, spring water, and natural flow systems within Royal Zones are declared protected sacred waters.
    2. Water harvesting may include:
        ◦ Gravity-fed irrigation
        ◦ Living ponds and cisterns
        ◦ Tree canopy water catchment
    3. No artificial additives, fluoridation, or digital metering of water use shall ever be permitted.

 ARTICLE IV: Forest Stewardship and Ecological Healing
    1. Royal Forests shall serve as:
        ◦ Medicinal plant sanctuaries
        ◦ Mushroom, berry, and herbal food zones
        ◦ Biodiversity shelters for bees, birds, and wildlife
    2. Logging, mining, spraying, and industrial interference are prohibited within these zones.
    3. Forest-based education and ancestral knowledge transmission shall be freely taught to all willing Free Living Beings.

 ARTICLE V: Free Access and Communal Governance
    1. All Free Living Beings of the Kingdom may:
        ◦ Tend, harvest, plant, and restore within Crown Farms and Forests
        ◦ Exchange food and medicine from these lands in community barter or gift
        ◦ Learn regenerative agriculture, water healing, and spiritual ecology under Royal guidance
    2. These zones shall be co-managed by:
        ◦ Royal Local Stewards
        ◦ Elders, Seedkeepers, and Earthworkers
        ◦ The Royal Council for Food, Water, and Energy Autonomy

 ARTICLE VI: Permanent Ban on Corporate Infiltration and Surveillance
    1. No multinational, biotech, agricultural, or food distribution corporation may operate, influence, patent, or extract from Crown Farms and Forests.
    2. No GMO trials, smart farming technologies, AI surveillance, or digital agriculture systems are allowed in these zones.
    3. Any unauthorized attempt to interfere shall be treated as a high violation of Natural Law and subject to Royal judicial response.

FINAL PROCLAMATION
Let it be known:
From this day forth, the Land, Food, Water, and Forests of the Kingdom are no longer up for sale, poisoning, or programming.
The Royal Crown now reclaims the Earth as Sacred Sanctuary—where:
    • Seeds are sovereign
    • Water is clean
    • Trees are protected
    • Communities are fed by love, soil, and spirit
