Therefore, Let It Be Declared:
1. Supply Chain Sovereignty is a Natural Right
Every community within the Kingdom of Canada and the World is entitled to direct access to life-supporting resources without corporate, foreign, or algorithmic interference.
2. Corporate Supply Domination is Null and Void
All corporate monopolies, foreign entities, and trade agreements that compromise domestic sovereignty or restrict local self-production and distribution are hereby dissolved.
3. Essential Supplies Shall Be Secured Locally
All towns, villages, and regions are to establish emergency, decentralized, and regenerative supply systems in food, water, energy, shelter, and communications—under royal protection and supervision.
4. Royal Emergency Supply Corps (RESC) Shall Be Established
A Sovereign Civilian Network shall be activated under Her Majesty’s Command to facilitate community-led production, logistics, and protection of sovereign supply routes.
5. Sovereign Technology Mandate
All critical infrastructure must transition away from foreign-controlled digital systems (e.g., GPS, RFID, AI rationing) and adopt locally controlled, offline-capable, truth-verified technologies.
6. Funding, Resources, and Guidance to Be Provided
Sovereign materials, emergency vouchers, and building protocols shall be distributed by the Royal House to enable rapid deployment of life-support systems, barter hubs, and alternative currency zones.
