I AM Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo, Commander -in-Chief, President, National Indigenous Chief and Queen of the Kingdom of Canada hereby issue this Royal Decree, dated today July 14, 2024 to all Kingdom of Canada and Global Special Allied Forces AND respective Ministries to action FORTHWITH this Royal Decree as specified herein under Natural Law;

1] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the SAFETY, SECURITY AND SOVEREIGNTY OF The Kingdom of Canada, ALL Railways, Trains, Airports, Ports, Highways, all Roads, [National, Provincial, Territorial and Municipal] are herewith NATIONALIZED.

2] FORTHWITH; FOREIGN domiciled Corporations, Foundations, Charitable Organizations, Trans National Organizations, Religious Organizations, Co-Operatives, Special Interest Groups, Not for Profit Organizations are effectively PROHIBITED from owning, purchasing, operating, maintaining, and or repairing and or policing any Railway Lines, Railway Facilities, Railway Tracks, Ports, Airports, Highways, Roads, etc, in the Kingdom of Canada.

3] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the SECURITY, SAFETY AND SOVEREIGNTY OF The Kingdom of Canada, ALL Railway law enforcement, investigations, forensic audits, must be performed by The We The Peoples Peace, Prosperity and Love Officers and those commissioned by HRM Queen Romana Didulo to perform such duties and tasks. ZERO third party policing is authorized is authorized. ZERO Corporation Policing is authorized.

4] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the level of QUALITY, all REPAIRS, OPERATIONS, AND MAINTENANCE, Equipment, train cars, and all of its components, etc., shall be performed by Canadian Nationals ONLY, by Canadians companies 100% Canadian owned and operated and domiciled in the Kingdom of Canada, ONLY.

5] FORTHWITH; in all matters pertaining to the level of PROTECTION of ALL Canadian Nationals, henceforth all Materials, Tools, Equipment, Supplies, etc, etc shall be SOURCED, PROCESSED, PRODUCED, AND MANUFACTURED, in the Kingdom of Canada by Canadian Nationals only.

6] EVIDENCE based / MERIT based qualifications ONLY; all personnel hiring must be based on hands on field experience, and merit based qualification. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) based hiring is unlawful and prohibited for it is discriminatory in all its forms.

7] FUNDING; The ministry of FINANCE at the Provincial/Territorial/National level shall withhold/cancel/nullify money previously allocated to private corporations, Foundations, Charitable Organizations, Trans National Organizations, Religious Organizations, Co-Operatives, Special Interest Groups, Not for Profit Organizations[foreign and domestic domiciled] in this industry.

8] ARREST AND CHARGE; with domestic terrorism, treason, money laundering, fraud, creation of artificial famine, embezzlement, crimes against homo sapiens anyone who has/is misused, stolen, and laundered, the monies allocated previously for this industry.

This Royal Decree is effective immediately and retroactively July 1, 1867.

And so it is.
